The main house on Gun Point is a large spacious two storey Colonial home with four bedrooms
and long verandas wrapping around the majority of the house on both levels.
Nestled on a coral peninsula it has long white private sandy beaches on both sides
affording leisure swimming, snorkeling or sunbathing in any weather.
All rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom overlooks the expansive northern bay.
It has a king sized bed, full modern bath and satellite television.
The three remaining bedrooms have two queen sized beds each, with accompanying full
modern baths. The four bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation for eight guests.
Living, Dining and Kitchen:
The main living area is comfortable and spacious. This area connects to a large covered veranda
suitable for games and casual dining. Entertainment includes satellite television and a portable music system.
An adjoining formal dining room sits high on top of the coral with striking views of the ocean and beaches.
The full modern kitchen contains all major appliances and cooking equipment guaranteed to please the most finicky gourmet chef.
Additional main floor verandas provide added seating areas for informal gatherings, barbequing or cocktails.
Amenities:
The communication system includes a VHF radio, telephone and facsimile.
There is a computer terminal with internet access provided free of charge.
Satellite television is provided in the living area and master bedroom.
A VCR and portable music system complete the entertainment package.
Gun Point has a professional and discrete staff to accommodate your needs.
Maid service is included for daily cleaning and laundry.
A chef can also be supplied at an additional fee.
A list of food and beverage requirements sent to us two weeks prior to arrival to Gun
Point will be delivered to the house at the market value, including freight costs from Nassau.
Supplies can also be purchased at the markets in Spanish Wells.
International calls and faxes will be charged to you at local rates.

- A long dock at the tip of Gun Point provides casual fishing as onlookers occupy the boathouses canopied bar and deck.
- A full sized tennis court is near the dock and the house.
- There is a covered deluxe Jacuzzi at beach side featuring warm and cold tubs.
- Hammocks and beach lounges dot the property.
- A Sunfish Sailboat is available for casual sailing.
- A gas Barbeque grill is located close to the kitchen.
- Volleyball, Croquet and Petanque games are included as well as house games and puzzles.
- Water activity equipment including water skis are housed in the boathouse.
- A resident Doctor and Nurse are available in Spanish Wells for medical needs.
